The Bible clearly states in John 14:27 Christ is speaking. And he says.” Peace. I leave with you. My peace I give unto you, not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your hearts be troubled. Neither let it be afraid. “Christ spoke these words shortly before he went to the cross. He knew one of his disciples would betray him, and that they all would leave him, and one would even deny him three times. Yet he had peace.

                To know the creator of the universe and what he has for you can bring peace beyond understanding. The Bible was clear and does not make any false promises. The world is not going to get any better. As we see the war in Ukraine, shootings in our elementary schools, crime on the rise, inflation, droughts. In the southwest, and many other problems one can still have personal peace in these troubled times. To know the creator of this universe, all your sins are forgiven, and you have eternal life, a home in heaven, and a true purpose in being can bring incredible peace.
